RULES FOR THE DESIGN OF SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES FOR PUBLICATION IN THE SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION JOURNAL "VESTNIK CAIMU"
An article for the journal can be submitted in one of three languages: Kyrgyz, Russian or English.
To ensure high quality of the journal's materials, the editors ask authors When submitting articles, strictly follow the rules set out below:
1: The total volume of the article, including literature, tables and figures, should not exceed 7-15
2: Articles must be completed in the text editor MS Word 2003-2019 and edited strictly according to the following parameters: 2 cm margins around the perimeter of the page; Font Times New Roman, font size for the entire article except tables is 14 pt, font size for tables is 12 pt;- line spacing 1.5; alignment by page width; Page numbers, page breaks in the text, automatic page references, automatic hyphenation, or loose or tight letter spacing are not permitted.
3: In the upper left corner is the UDC code.
- 4. The title of the article in the center in capital, bold, 14 font, in three versions: in Russian, Kyrgyz and English languages
5: In the upper right corner, the author's surname and initials. Indicate the place of work (it is necessary to provide the official FULL name of the institution without abbreviations). After the name of the institution, separate the position held, the name of the city, and the country, separated by a comma.
For students: year, full name of the educational program (specialty), full name of the department (faculty), full name of the educational institution, city;
For bachelors: course, full name of the field/profile, full title faculty/institute, full name of the educational institution, city;
For master's students: year, full name of the field, full name of the faculty/institute, full name of the educational institution, city;
For postgraduate students: full name of the department to which the postgraduate student is assigned, full name of the faculty/institute, full name of the educational institution, city;
For teachers, additional education teachers, cultural workers and youth policy academic degree, title, position, place of work full name with indication all designations and identifiers.
6: Abstract in Russian, Kyrgyz, English. Written in Times New Roman 12 font, 1 line spacing, the word "Abstract" in bold, the abstract text in non-bold. The abstract text for a Russian-language article should be 100-250 words. In other languages, respectively translation.
7: Key words in Russian, Kyrgyz, English. Should be presented in the amount of 7 to 10 words or phrases. The words "Key words" are written in bold, the keywords themselves in non-bold font. They are placed immediately after the annotation text on in the appropriate language
8: Figures, graphs and tables should be placed in the text after the reference to it.
9: Graphic material (photos, figures, graphs, diagrams, including scanned ones) is submitted in jpg format. The names and numbers of graphic material should be indicated below. image
10: Tables are typed in MS Word (font size 12). Tables must have numbers and titles, which must be indicated above the tables.
11: Abbreviated and conventional designations are allowed only those accepted in the international system units of abbreviation of measures, physical, chemical and mathematical quantities, terms, etc
12: All formulas must be typed in the formula editor.
13: The list of references is numbered in the order of references in the text. References are placed in square brackets, for example, [3], [5-7]. The bibliographic description of each source must comply with GOST.
14: On a separate page, please provide your full name, academic degree, title, position, full postal address, telephone numbers, fax number, and e-mail.
